The manager did an amazing job with my son and the district manager did such a good job with my daughter. They were so understanding and nice. We left satisfied and will definitely be going back every time.

I dont get my hair cut but about twice-three times a year due to the nervousness of having my hair destroyed. Well, this is one of those times. ALL I asked for was a trim, dead ends cut, and thinned out. Simple! What I got was uneven cut at the ends, and my hair is just as thick as when I arrived and I have very thick hair. I am highly disappointed! I used to go here all the time, now they have a whole different crew and it seems like they dont know how to do hair, and dont care. Normally I would not do this because I am a business owner myself, so believe me when I say leaving this review was tough to do. However paying $25 plus a $15 tip is alot for a messed up hair cut. This is ridiculous. NOW I am already needing to go back somewhere and have my ends one length and my hair actually thinned. The lady as she was "thinning" my hair, would just cut apiece, snatch my hair out with the comb and then not even clean the comb out, just move to the next spot, that's probably why its no thinner.. Very disappointing!

- ALAllen LandryDec 26, 20251.0That was one of the roughest haircuts I’ve ever had. Seemed like the girl had other things to do and was in a rush. She kept walking away from me three times. Just leaving me to sit there while she attends to other things. She put the paper thingy around my neck and about choked me, and I had to loosen it up by ALOT. Her license number 78783. BE CAREFUL GOING HERE YOU’LL GET RUSHED AND POKED. IT kinda hurt. Not coming to this company again. When I got home, I felt some wetness on the side of my face. I took pictures. She was so rough. She actually cut me!!!!!!!!!!!! Please stay away from this one. I did an online check-in so they have my number if they feel like reaching out Let’s see if they do.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
