Just leaving me to sit there while she attends to other things. She put the paper thingy around my neck and about choked me, and I had to loosen it up by ALOT. Her license number 78783. BE CAREFUL GOING HERE YOU’LL GET RUSHED AND POKED. IT kinda hurt. Not coming to this company again. When I got home, I felt some wetness on the side of my face. I took pictures. She was so rough. She actually cut me!!!!!!!!!!!! Please stay away from this one. I did an online check-in so they have my number if they feel like reaching out Let’s see if they do.

Been going here for about 3 years now and it must have changed ownership because it went from the same stylists to a rotating bunch and it’s always different. Some are great, others not so much. None have been bad, but there’s no way to forecast. Can’t really believe the wait times either because some days they check you into the salon and others they don’t so there could be four or five people waiting that the computer isn’t counting in the time calculation. All said, it’s nothing to write home about but there aren’t really any other options in this area.

- LLLizNov 13, 20251.0I’m HIGHLY disappointed by the haircut I received yesterday. First off, I told Charmaine I wanted bangs across my face and that frame it and wanted my hair trimmed. I did not get what I asked for whatsoever. It had been a long time since I’d gone anywhere to get my hair done, so I told her she could go pretty much however short she needed and that I wanted all my dead ends off. Charmaine was so sweet and I could tell that she was trying, but my hair has never been this lopsided in my whole life. And I’ve always had either my mom or myself do my hair, so it’s BAD. I was so upset and irritated I still left a tip, but I definitely cried afterwords.
