  Juanita is amazing. I do not get massages very often (years between) mainly because I could never find a consistent, relaxing place and person. But, I have been to Changes about three times now and each time scheduled with Juanita because of how awesome she is. Her starting pressure is perfect and she maintains it during the 90 minutes. She is thorough from head to feet, her room is relaxing, she is consistent, and I like the planned use of her scented oils. She is also super kind and funny. As long as I live in Aiken and get massages she will be my masseuse. Changes is also a really friendly, lovely, atmosphere with a very spa like feel.

  I had an appointment last Friday and originally scheduled a 60 minute therapeutic massage and ended up getting a 90 minute massage without my knowledge until I went to checkout. I then received a call from the spa after leaving stating that the appointment had been changed and that I would get funds taken off my next service. The massage itself was subpar, the atmosphere of spa is relaxing but this experience has discouraged me from returning for any more future services.

  First, the spa is beautiful. I’ve lived in several different places in this country and always go to spas and this one was very nice The very best thing without it was Amanda!!!!! She was so very professional, excellent excellent at her job, she made me feel extremely comfortable. I went in for a full Brazilian wax that I had never done before. I was a bit apprehensive, but there was zero reason to be I highly recommend Amanda and I am now a permanent customer ❤️❤️

  I had a terrific experience here! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The staff is warm and welcoming, as well as being very knowledgeable. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and private. I will certainly be coming back for more!

  I visited Changes today and will be back, soon! The owner was friendly, everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was relaxing. I had a facial by Honey, today. She did an excellent job. She was very attuned and maintained a connection with me, so the service didn't feel "choppy". I got the 1 hour classic facial, but it was tailored to my specific needs, exfoliating and clearing my pores. The massage Honey delivered was smooth and simply made me melt.
