She communicated every step of the way, showed me how I can style my hair, and was incredibly nice. I went in hating my hair incredibly bummed with how it looked and left feeling like a new woman! 10 out of 10 recommend Gretchen at JCPenny salon.

I put it in her hands and let me say…her ability with color and highlights is astounding. I keep coming back to her for so many reasons (not just because I get so many compliments on my hair.) She does a great job cutting and styling my hair and I have no idea how she does these incredible blowouts. (There is some magic there or something.) She is not only professional but a master in her craft. Highly recommended her!
