  They did a great job fixing the bad haircut I did on myself and one of my 3 kids I brought in. (The youngest is one and moved a lot so we just laughed off his bad hair 😅 but my other daughter stayed still and was great. My husband got his beard cleaned up and I was a little disappointed in the extreme amount of razor burns his whole face was red and blotchy. This was a month ago, we also took my oldest daughter a year ago as a last minute emergency bang trim before our family photos upstairs because her usual hairdresser canceled at the time and they where completely crooked and don't get me started on the HORRIBLE hair cut I got before a party there way back in high school. I'm not saying we'll never try here again because MY hair was great but I have been disappointed way more than I've been happy.

  Adele is THE ONE !!! I have never met someone that really goes up and beyond to help and take care of you. She really has the” green thumb “ my hair never felt better. Love her

  I tried to return a shirt and I understand that it was my fault waiting too long to come back and return it. My complain is to the old lady at the desk she was very rude, arrogant and not friendly or helpful at all. Like I said Im wrong for taking to long to return it . But the attitud of this grumpy lady really got me mad . She embarrased me in front of my mother.

  Everyone is so nice . My hairdresser Adel was amazing ,so sweet and did a excellent job!! I will definitely go back again and again lol 😆

  I stopped in at the counter to inquire about prices. Apparently, they have three tiers? I was given a price quote and range for me and my daughter. Wanted to do something different but also needed some direction. I was initially booked for the wrong thing, but the stylist was accommodating. She didn't provide much guidance, input, or explanation. I was unfamiliar with some of the processes. For example, she put the color in, set the timer, and walked away without me knowing how long I was sitting. I asked how long the color would last and was told it would depend on how often I wash my hair...still don't know. My daughter's stylist was good. We were happy and she even offered us popsicles. Ultimately, I won't be returning for a few reasons. 1. My hair is darker than I asked for. 2. I still don't know when I will need to redo. 3. I have no idea what "tier" we received. 4. We paid about double $ what I anticipated after the tip and with what I was originally quoted.
