- KHKristen HashwayMar 19, 20255.0Saloncentric has always been my go to, not to mention the prices compared to the other local supplies, they have sales constantly, making it better to go there on top of lower prices. They also have a rewards system that gives you literal money off, and if you get the credit card you get 4 points per dollar (basically 4 cents a dollar compared to 1 cent per dollar), and they have special challenges that give you more points for certain purchases. 10/10 recommend.

Lady with the buzz cut on the sides and hair on the top AKA the manager, talks to customers with hostility and arrogance. She should not be working there and i’m very disgusted in how she treated me. She should be ashamed and so should the owner.

You can tell she appreciates and enjoys her job she has great product knowledge and has the best product recommendations to fit what you are looking for. I think she should be the Manager of this store. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kristen who was also very helpful and sweet. My experience prior to this one was not a great one so I stopped going for a while but after my experience with these two workers I will definitely go back 😀

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
