    Went in to get a much needed haircut with layers and curtain bangs, I was a little skeptical at first since I’ve never came here before but am so happy I did. Melina was an absolute pleasure and she did my hair amazing. I definitely will be coming back to her! I also loved how they were doing a student discount for haircuts, it helped me feel refreshed for this semester :)

    Book at the style Attleboro location, they cancelled because they were out of relaxer. I scheduled an appointment at the Warwick location they called because the stylist was not available and rescheduled for another stylist on the same day. An hour before the appointment they called and said the stylist I rescheduled with was unavailable at that time and she needed to reschedule my daughter. I declined. Not wasting my time.

    I simply asked if Aubrey had a different appointment just to see if there was different days if not I was going to keep my appointment and she took it upon herself to cancel my appointment and give it to someone else. Extremely unprofessional

    Asked for one inch off, she cut no less than 3. Asked for minimal layering towards the bottom, the shortest layer hits maybe my ears. If I hadn’t liked the haircut I asked for, that’s on me. I didn’t get the haircut I asked for at all, and that’s on the stylist.
