I do however in this instance want to shout out the store and Jade in particular. I came into the store today because a female friend of mine was having a tough day. I've been in the store before and had a rough idea of what I was looking for but me being me I wasn't entirely sure what. Jade to the rescue! As I was wandering around trying to get an idea of what I was looking for just kind of lost as any dude could be. Jade approached me soooo incredibly friendly, no pressure and made me feel like a friend walking into the store. Not a customer. Gave me great opinions, options and never for a second did I ever feel pressured. It was a wonderful experience and Jade you are wonderful. That is sales done right. I will definitely be in there again for future gift ideas. Thanks for your time. Also give Jade a raise. Seriously, made the experience an absolute pleasure.

Asked me if I needed help multiple times when they could see I was lost lol I ended up buying a conditioner spray for my hair and a face mask with their recommendations . Helped me download the app for points and a 5$ off coupon , also gave me a free bath bubble bar . The made my birthday feel extra special. You definitely have a new returning costumer !
