- DSDrew Sylvia5 days ago1.0Posted hours on the store in the mall say they close at 6pm Sunday. Attempted to go in at 5:09 pm and the door was locked. When we knocked they said they were closed. Not good customer service.
- VJVernathelia JackFeb 15, 20261.0I visited Sephora Providence Place with my teenager to purchase a skin tint and a Pattern kit.This happened beginning of January. At checkout, I asked about a birthday gift from the prior month. The employee, who identified themselves as the manager, responded by raising their voice and repeatedly explaining the policy in an aggressive, condescending manner even after I acknowledged and understood it. Policy aside, yelling at a customer is unprofessional, especially in front of a child. This experience was disappointing and management needs to do better.

Then she got a random one and scanned it and gave it to me. But she didn't even ask if I wanted it. Yeah there were only 2 but I could've chosen to find a different location instead. She also didn't even give me the option of the 2 they had. There was no need to rush me there was no line behind me and the store had only been open 1 hour. I asked if I could exchange it for the other one and she said I can't cuz she already scanned it. Bad experience 🙄
