We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

He let me daughter make a bathbomb at the store, then play with a bubble wand! If that wasn’t enough he went and got her a shower jelly and let her use it!! She was SOOO excited. We ended up buying a bathbomb, bubble wand, and jelly shower wash just because of his awesome recommendations! When we checked out he added extra treats to her bad with fairy dust!! It made her feel SO special. We can’t wait to come back!!!! THANK YOU KAI!

I just moved to the area from Tysons Corner, Virginia, which has one of the largest lush stores in the country. I would visit lush frequently when I lived there, and was thrilled to find out there would be one in my new neighborhood. I stopped in yesterday to grab a few soaps. The store is set up beautifully. Despite having less space, this Lush has everything that my Lush in DC had. The staff is what sets this store apart from other lush stores I’ve visited. I met Jade and Casey yesterday, and it seems their presence brings a unique and special vibe the store. Great personalities, knowledge of products, and amazing conversation. I stopped in briefly and tend to stay away from staff in stores like Lush (otherwise I spend too much money because I like what they recommend), but the experience I had yesterday left me feeling comfortable, advised, and more knowledgeable about products! The story gets better! When I went to take a nice full shower today, I opened the Lush bag to find several sample soaps that I hadn’t even asked for. I had mentioned in conversation my love for soap, my past experiences with making soap, and what scents I liked. Jade and Casey had paid close attention to my preferences during our conversation, and it was a great surprise to open the bag and find extra treats, especially because it was clear that they had taken note of my favorite scents and products. It doesn’t get much better than that! Thank you for the thoughtful surprise, Jade and Casey!!
