Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. Being inside is just an olfactory overload. It's absolutely an assault on the nose and the brain. I like the idea of some of the products. Especially the crossovers, there are a lot of licensed products that are extremely fun. I think the prices are a bit too high to really be practical at all. But none of that matters - everybody who gets Lush products absolutely loves them. Whether it's my partner shopping, or we're giving gifts to someone, everybody loves Lush. Maybe it's a splurge for a special occasion or a gift. Whatever the circumstances, I cannot argue with the results.

She always provides the best customer service and is extremely knowledgeable as well as incredibly pleasant. I had pretty specific hair issues due to some medical problems that Jade was familiar with herself and was able to recommend some great products that fit my very specific requirements. She also noticed I had construction boots on and gave me a foot scrub to try! I wish all sales associates were as wonderful as her.

He let me daughter make a bathbomb at the store, then play with a bubble wand! If that wasn’t enough he went and got her a shower jelly and let her use it!! She was SOOO excited. We ended up buying a bathbomb, bubble wand, and jelly shower wash just because of his awesome recommendations! When we checked out he added extra treats to her bad with fairy dust!! It made her feel SO special. We can’t wait to come back!!!! THANK YOU KAI!
