My fiancé and I stopped in on Valentine’s Day to pick out wedding scents for our upcoming Newport wedding this summer. We arrived around 5:30pm, not realizing the store closed at 6pm (completely our mistake). We spent time separately exploring fragrances and narrowing down what we liked for each
Let me say, not a single associate checked on us during our time shopping — especially while we were actively sampling and clearly trying to make thoughtful selections- a first ever in a Sephora store. The first interaction we had was at 5:51pm, when an associate approached us to say the store was closing in 4 minutes. The delivery felt abrupt, and instead of offering assistance to help us quickly wrap up or check out, we were essentially watched and followed toward the door. I was holding two items ready to purchase, but the experience of being stared at and escorted out made it uncomfortable and us obviously unwelcome to complete the transaction. I completely understand closing procedures, but there’s a difference between giving a courteous heads-up and making customers feel rushed out.
As (obvi) a Sephora-frequent girlie, I left feeling disappointed — especially since this was meant to be a fun and special pre-wedding moment for us. I hope future guests receive more attentive service and a warmer and more informed closing experience.

Very disappointed with the services my daughter left crying and her whole day got ruined pictures were canceled. When calling back I spoke with the manage and she was very in professional. She coauthor me off before explaining that when I first walk in I was excited to see someone of color because my children are mixed. I thought she would understand her skin tones but before I could even explain what I was trying to say she cut me off and went off on me calling me racist. I will not shop at her location there was a better way to handle it. She did refund me but the cost of pictures and time spent went down the drain . She was just unprofessionally and understanding even when I came in she was emotionalist and stand offish
Very unprofessional I brought back all product and will not shop there again

Associates might need another training session when it comes to customer service. I went there yesterday and wanted to take my time looking for skin care products as I finally had a chance to go shopping without my toddler. Not once was I approached by an employee. However, about 4 different employees made their way to the back where I was and peeked/lingered a bit to see what I was doing. It was off putting and although I made a $98 purchase, I will not be going back to this location again.

I wanted a makeup refresher for day makeup and to keep it simple! Brandi understood and educated me and applied it beautifully! She was so knowledgeable, efficient and even gave me a color chart so I can follow on my own. There was no upselling and it was worth every penny!
