- KBKate BairdOct 17, 20255.0Just went in to get some product, and saw a woman (not a licensed professional) exit the store trying to bribe another stylist (also leaving the store) to get her product. The stylist looked a bit uncomfortable and told her no, while offering suggestions on where to find it! I went inside to get my stuff and the woman had made the stylist go in to ask if she could “at least buy the product” while also saying it “wasn’t a big deal”. Kathy said no and told her this was for licensed professionals, and the woman left. Not 5 minutes later, the woman calls the store and starts berating Kathy, who handled it like a BOSS!! She was so professional in explaining that SalonCentric is for licensed professionals and tried to give her alternatives on where to find it, the woman just kept arguing. I’ve been coming to this location since I’ve been licensed, and the staff has always been on top of their game and super professional. Go Kathy!!!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
