    Went in to the Garden City location on a Saturday. It was busy with all ages, which was nice to see. Megan pierced my helix and Juliana pierced my conch. The piecers were nice, friendly, and took the time to make sure all sanitary precautions were taken. They explained the aftercare as well... I love that I don't have to go downtown Providence to get piercings anymore. Highly recommend

    I was very displeased with the technician's insistence on using the hand machine, especially since I had already selected the needles before my appointment. Furthermore, despite my own research, she incorrectly claimed the machine was better and that the articles I had read were wrong. When I choose a specific service, I expect that to be provided without pressure. I do not appreciate being urged to change my selection with inaccurate information.
