Je suis allée il y a pas longtemps acheter un coffret cadeau et elles m’adressaient avec un sourire et avaient un bon service, contrairement à ce que certains reviews disent. C'est normal qu’elles doivent refuser certains services demandants de clients-es, car elles doivent respecter la politique d’échange de produit. Si une personne veut échanger un produit et qu'ils n’apportent pas la facture, c'est sur que les vendeuses vont refuser, car cela ne se fait pas. Les personnes qui ne comprennent pas sont ignorants et ne devraient pas mettre des mauvais reviews qui vont biaiser les autres clients-es. C'est dommage que des reviews apportent des mauvais commentaires à ce sujet.
