No back and forth, just spot on. She’s quick, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable. You can tell she really cares. Such a lovely experience!

C’est la deuxième fois que j'y retourne et le constat est le même : une ambiance toxique et un manque total de professionnalisme. L'accueil : Dès l'arrivée en caisse, les vendeuses vous dévisagent de haut en bas. On a clairement l'impression de déranger et elles font tout pour qu'on parte le plus vite possible. Le conseil : J'ai posé une simple question et la caissière m'a lancé un regard tellement méprisant que je me suis sentie ridicule. C'est inacceptable de traiter les clients avec une telle condescendance. Les échanges : Je suis revenue pour un échange et c'était encore pire. Deux caissières m'ont fusillée du regard et ont traité la transaction avec un agacement visible, sans aucune politesse. Conclusion : Pour le prix que nous payons nos produits de luxe, la moindre des choses serait d'obtenir un service respectueux et un sourire. On ne vient pas pour se faire juger, mais pour passer un bon moment. Je ne remettrai plus
