La dame au téléphone ne m’aide pas du tout, me dit que ce n’est pas possible, mets la faute sur doordash alors que c’est un employé du Sephora qui s’est trompé dans les items. Ne me donne aucune solution, me dit seulement que cette situation n’est pas fréquente. J’ai contacté sephora à lévis et la dame m’a vraiment aidé, ma proposer une solution et a été super gentille. Un gros 0 sur le service pour place st foy!

Musique qui hurle, clientes qui piochent dans les fond de teint, les rouges à lèvre, qui se maquillent dans les rayons, ça ressemble à plus à un Pharmaprix qu’à un magasin de parfums - d’ailleurs ils n’en vendent pratiquement pas, et uniquement des marques bas de gamme. Bref, aucun intérêt, pour ceux qui auront la référence, on tirait un Tati. Eurk
