  NOT HAPPY ... Have purchased several things from Sephora . I am not happy with this company and how they operate. A couple months ago, I bought an eye cream that the store recommended to me. Over several weeks , I tried using it and each and every time, my eyes reacted terribly. I thought it was my eyes given the cold dry air of the winter. So I have tried again to use it with the same outcome...red, watery, burning itchy eyes. The item was not cheap, and almost full. Its not that I don't like it, there is something in it causing a severe reaction. I have read reviews and others have experienced the same issues with this item. I called the store and they forwarded me to calling customer service which I did. However, because I bought the item in store she said they could not help me. and told me to call the store back which I did. I asked to speak with someone high up she said she was high up.. Told me there is nothing to be done...to now email the company. So I have. THIS company has terrible customer service TERRIBLE !. I will not buy anything else from them. Only reason I am giving 1 star is you have to to post a review.

  J’ai eu une expérience exécrable au Sephora fairview. On est venue entre copine faire du shopping, lorsqu’on circulait dans le magasin les employés ne fesait que nous suivre. Quand j’ai demander pour un produit qu’il n’étais pas sur le plancher la fille a rouler les yeux vers le haut et elle a seulement regarder dans le tiroirs mais n’a même pas regarder sur son mpos elle est directement parti bref l’aide était affreuse. On aurait dit qu’elle voulait pas travailler. Une fois dans la fils pour payer , une employée est passer pis à regarder notre panier de manière " subtile ". Une fois arrivé à la caisse les employés semblaient illettrés la gérante inclus. L’employé derrière qui regardait avec jugement. Tous ça pour dire que mes amies et moi nous sommes employés du Sephora. Pis recevoir ce genre de traitement de la part de nos sœurs. C’est affreux. Je comprends comment les clients se sentent. À revoir votre service clients avec vos employées.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Sephora. I purchased a Sephora-brand mascara that turned out to be a terrible product. I returned just two days past the deadline due to travel and simply asked for a small store credit (around $12.99). Instead of any understanding or flexibility, the manager was dismissive and rude. It wasn’t about the money—it was about customer care. A little kindness and willingness to help would have gone a long way. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. I expected better from a company like Sephora.

  The employees are so kind and helpful! They always take their time to help me when I ask for recommendations for new products and always sample them and help me be sure I take the correct colours/shades. 😊
