  Great store and products, but they should put an air system/ air purefire, employees are only getting headaches, not a safe place to work with all the smell of the chemicals and perfumes

  Dear Sephora Management, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the customer service I received at your Fairview Pointe-Claire location. My complaint is with an employee named Virgo it was disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable and angry. During my visit, Virgo rolled their eyes, spoke to me in a manner that made me feel stupid, and carried themselves with an attitude of superiority rather than professionalism. Instead of feeling supported as a customer needing assistance, I was made to feel belittled and unwelcome. This experience does not align with the high standards of customer service I expect from Sephora, and it has negatively impacted my trust in this location. No customer should leave feeling embarrassed or dismissed. I kindly request that this matter be addressed to ensure that no other customers have a similar experience. I would also appreciate confirmation that my feedback has been received and is being taken seriously. Thank you for your time and attention.

  Si je pouvais mettre 0 etoiles pour le Sephora Pointe-Claire ça serait bien. Personnelles condescendants difficultés à s'exprimer en français et avec un certain regard de jugement de la part d'employés.... Après une multitude de mésentente sur mon produit commandé et de la non compréhension la gérante a finalement compris l'erreur un mélange dans les commandes. Ce fût réglé mais je ne retournerai pas à ce magasin j'ai pas aimé l'attitude des employés.

  A little concerned..... I don't regularly shop at Sephora, ( maybe a visit every few years or so), so I can't guage the store very accurately. But the level of dust on the shelves of the perfume section was quite unappealing and kinda gross. In fact, a closer look at most of the displays kinda turned my stomach as well. Basically, my thoughts are not to buy personal care products from an unclean store. But that's just my op. Staff was pleasant though. WP
