My complaint is with an employee named Virgo it was disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable and angry. During my visit, Virgo rolled their eyes, spoke to me in a manner that made me feel stupid, and carried themselves with an attitude of superiority rather than professionalism. Instead of feeling supported as a customer needing assistance, I was made to feel belittled and unwelcome. This experience does not align with the high standards of customer service I expect from Sephora, and it has negatively impacted my trust in this location. No customer should leave feeling embarrassed or dismissed. I kindly request that this matter be addressed to ensure that no other customers have a similar experience. Personnelles condescendants difficultés à s'exprimer en français et avec un certain regard de jugement de la part d'employés.... Après une multitude de mésentente sur mon produit commandé et de la non compréhension la gérante a finalement compris l'erreur un mélange dans les commandes. Ce fût réglé mais je ne retournerai pas à ce magasin j'ai pas aimé l'attitude des employés.
