- KVKat VoronovaSep 12, 20251.0Horrible, rude service at this store. The store manager Lyne Simoneau should not be working with people. Bought a perfume at another boutique (Westmount) YESTERDAY and went to exchange it as the Pointe Claire location is closer to me. Never used the perfume. She proceeded to compare to another bottle and tell me it was used and to go back to the Westmount location. I’m 9 months pregnant and she wants me to trek back to another boutique in traffic. She does not respect the company's exchange and return policy - huge power trip issues. She wouldn’t even answer my husband when he asked how she decided that it has been used. The bottle was untouched. How is the customer responsible for the amount of product that is put in a bottle?? This location needs a change of employees ASAP - horrible image for the company and major turn off to buy from l'Occitane again, which has been a trusted brand for me since my teenage years. Ms. Simoneau wouldn’t give me her boss’ contact information, of course, but I will be filing a complaint with the company. Seems like a very unhappy person taking it out on people around her, very unfortunate.

La gérante détourne les questions, plutôt que simplement dire qu'elle ne sait pas la réponse. Elle pourrait simplement référer le courriel de l'Occitane aux clients au lieu de tourner en rond et dire n'importe quoi.

I’ve never in my life been asked to return an item AND THE MINI SAMPLES GIVEN FOR FREE from ALL OF THE PURCHASE. This is very cheap from l’Occitane, will not go back there and would never recommend!
