We can't wait to see you!
Asked a person where something was, and had them tell me they don’t sell it at their location. After them walking away and me pulling it up in the Sephora app which said they actually do have it in stock, I went looking for the person who told me they didn’t and she was shocked and didn’t know what to say. I turned around and looked for someone else to help me since basic understanding on what is and isn’t sold in store wasn’t in her agenda today.

Man is the checkout at the cash slow here every time I go. You have too many people coming to your store to be that slow. Chat with customers when you’re helping them find a product, not when you’re at the cash, especially when it’s busy. The employees are generally nice but never friendly enough to make up for the time spent waiting to pay.

Had a great experience shopping here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was at the perfume counter not to sure what to get and I got great advice from Micheal which helped me find the perfect fragrances and what other perfumes to mix them with.

I will take my business and money elsewhere. I had a really disappointing experience with Sephora recently. I purchased a powder that was completely brand new, but it arrived cracked into pieces. I went back expecting at least an exchange, but I was told they wouldn’t do anything about it because 1 month had passed. I often buy multiple of the same so I don’t use them immediately. I’m a rouge customer who has spent thousands at Sephora. The service is unacceptable.
On top of that, another product I bought ended up irritating my skin. I tried to return it just a few days past the 1-month purchase window, and again, they refused to take it back.
The manager I spoke with was also quick to dismiss me and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse.
To make things worse, the birthday gift options have noticeably gone downhill and feel very cheap and low value compared to before so I could not choose one.
Honestly, at this point it feels like better service can be found buying from local drugstores or even directly from the manufacturer, where there tends to be more flexibility and customer care.
Overall, it feels like Sephora has really lowered its service level and standards, and I’m very disappointed with how customers are treated now.
