  Je recommande vivement le Spa Guerlain ! J’ai fait un soin du visage excellent avec Mme Hadjer , un travail professionnel et un résultat magnifique. Les massages avec Mme Giselle sont toujours exceptionnels. Le soin Guerlain était de grande qualité et très relaxant. Un grand merci à la directrice Mme Rania pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Une très belle expérience, je reviendrai avec plaisir!

  The spa is nicely decorated and smells divine. The staff were all very sweet and helpful. We booked the idylle romantic 60 minute massage with hot stones and although the massage was very relaxing, we barely got 1-2 minutes of hot stones which was disappointing. The relaxation area was nice and included some bites and tea but only had 2 baths that were only for the feet as well as a “stone mat” to walk on. We also got disturbed by a young child splashing in the baths, running around and his mom watching videos on her phone on speaker. I personally don’t think this is a space where kids should be allowed. We did get access to the pool/sauna which was nice but since it is not a designated area for the spa the ambiance is less relaxing. For the total price of 900$ for two people I don’t think the experience was worth it and you can definitely get a better deal elsewhere.

  Despicable service. Is this what the Four Seasons is accepting into their legacy? - the treatment we received was not as advertised. - my partner had only 2 minutes of hot stones. - the water circuit was of ridiculously poor quality. - the bouché and prosecco respectively tasted stale or like vinegar. - there was a loud kid in the “relaxation room” and his mother was sitting there watching TikTok on loud speaker, nobody did anything about it, i had to talk to her to get her to mute her phone. - the price was ok for the quality of the massage, the specialists were good at their job and offered great service, beside the absence of hot stones for my partner. I had only a single small stone on my lower back for about 5 minutes in a 60min massage, which felt more like an insult than a lack of stones... Miscommunication can’t be blamed because we both said yes to everything that was proposed to us… At this price point, having a heated quilt and Guerlain sents doesn’t excuse the false advertisement and the poor space management. Furthermore, you need more amenities in your water circuit, the insufficient kiddy pool for your feet, a shared tiny pool and a sauna that smelled like feet contributed to the overall disappointment. This spa is not up to Four Seasons standards.

  I’ve been thinking about writing this review, I come here every year for my birthday & this year my friends flew into Montreal for a long birthday weekend for me and all 3 of us got massages. My massage was fine, but my best friend had an absolutely terrible experience with her massage. Her therapist was inexperienced, and left her with pain, during and after her massage was over. This was honestly an embarrassing experience for how much I hyped this spa up and how we were looking forward to this experience it. They couldn’t even verify if the therapist was trained. When asked for a manager she was made to wait for entirely too long. Watching them speak about the situation behind the counter was honestly embarrassing especially when overhearing them say to essentially not worry about me as I was still paying for my service.
