    Have to leave a review after the how much they make you feel cared about here! I’ve been going here for over a year, never been short of a great experience. I’ve gotten to know one of the workers who is extra kind and gives me lots of samples, not to mention their expertise. I have been using their recommended products for over a year and have never strayed away from the great suggestions.

    J’adore les produits Lush, mais malheureusement le service client laisse à désirer. Je suis venue rapporter 5 contenants vides (ce qui donne droit à un masque frais gratuit, selon leur programme de recyclage). À la caisse, la vendeuse ne m’a rien mentionné et m’a simplement appliqué une réduction de 5 $ sur un gel douche. Quand je lui ai demandé mon masque, elle m’a répondu qu’il fallait venir avec le masque en main… encore aurait-il fallu le préciser, nous ne connaissons pas vos conditions (taille, type de masque etc) ! Ce n’est pas comme si j’étais arrivée avec 1, 2 ou 4 contenants, mais bien 5, donc l’intention était évidente. C’est déjà la deuxième fois que ce magasin me déçoit par son manque de communication et d’attention client. Dommage de recycler consciencieusement pendant des mois pour, au final, se faire dire en caisse « ah non, il fallait venir avec le masque ». Un petit geste commercial ou au moins une explication claire auraient été bienvenu EN AMONT

    Biggest thank you to the lovely staff especially Jean 🤩. You were ever so helpful, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable about all the products I inquired about. It was an absolute pleasure receiving the best one on one customer service from you today. I can’t wait to try all my goodies from LUSH. Pity you can’t receive tips because you absolutely made my day. Not to mention your recommendations on my further shopping was SO on point!! Fantastic staff, beautiful clean store 👍

    I had an amazing experience at Lush thanks to Emily, one of the associates. She was so welcoming, patient, and understanding while I was hesitating about my choices. Her kindness really stood out and made me feel comfortable. I even asked for her name because I wanted to make sure to recognize her! She truly deserves this review. I’ll definitely be coming back, and it’s thanks to Emily’s exceptional customer service.
