  I had the worst experience ever at a sephora with a person called “ lea “ she was so mean like she own the store. She has a really bad attitude disgusting i’ve never seen someone as rude as her and the problem is she is a manager shame on Sephora to have someone like her on the stuff. Never going to that sephora again not me not my friends.

  Had a horrible experience shopping here. My friend and I were racially profiled (we are brown women) (by a medium height, blonde, blue-eyed caucasian woman today) and accused of stealing while trying on products. No one had offered us any baskets, and our hands were busy, so my friend put a product in her pocket to try a tester. The woman shows up with a basket and a security guard behind her, accusing us of stealing and demanding that we leave the store, while we are simply trying to test the appropriate products to make a purchase. We calmly respond to her and tell her our situation, but she refuses to listen and demands to see our purses and pockets, degrading us in the middle of the store. She responds very rudely, almost screaming and attracting attention, only to leave us with a basket, no apology and the security guard following us for the entire duration, which made it very uncomfortable. We walked in wanting to buy products, but left with nothing because of our horrible shopping experience. Please train your employees to respond to these situations with more respect and integrity, especially if you want your customers to come back and have a pleasant shopping experience, no matter who they may be or may look like.

  Large store with lots and LOTS of wonderful products. Employees are a little stand offish but maybe that’s just a Montreal thing. All in all, great store and definitely check it out if you’re in Montreal and love makeup.
