Was looking at the almond section and a sales associate came up to me nicely and asked if i needed help and I said no Im just here to buy random things. Once I had 2 items in my hands she just snatched them out of my hands with no audible explanation and brought it to the till. She went immediately to speak to another client after. I went to her and asked why did she take my items out of my hands and she said it was to help, but she never asked she just snatched it. I asked her to give me my things back, went back to the till and cut my shopping short, paid and left. I understand the need to help but please ask before snatching things out of people’s hands. I was planning to buy more too which was disheartening.
