The cashier tossed the gift on the counter, wouldn’t let me choose, barely spoke, and acted bothered when I asked for a bag. No “happy birthday,” no basic manners. If this is the vibe, I’ll happily shop elsewhere!

- SSSobhan SadriJan 3, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. I came in with my friends to look at perfumes as a late Christmas gift for my father. We were not being loud, disruptive, or doing anything inappropriate, simply testing scents like many other customers do. Without any prior warning or polite request, a staff member came up to us with a very rude attitude and accused us of “wasting perfume,” aggressively asking whether we were actually going to smell it or just waste it. Her tone was extremely condescending and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good customer service should involve respectful communication, not assumptions and attitude. If there was a concern, it could have been addressed calmly and professionally instead of treating us like we were doing something wrong when we weren’t. Because of this interaction, I left the store feeling embarrassed and frustrated, and I will seriously reconsider shopping at this location again. Sephora is supposed to be a welcoming environment, and this experience was the complete opposite.
