    Came to the Sephora Royalmount location for my birthday gift and got attitude instead. The cashier tossed the gift on the counter, wouldn’t let me choose, barely spoke, and acted bothered when I asked for a bag. No “happy birthday,” no basic manners. If this is the vibe, I’ll happily shop elsewhere!

    I used to love Sephora … but it sad to say i don’t anymore … i this store if i could put a zero star i Would !!! This store the employee are so rude and don’t even try to politely and look and you and stern stere … really rude just gonna stop going stere and save my money

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. From the moment I interacted with one of the employees, the energy was negative and unwelcoming. The lady who assisted me was rude in her tone, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable instead of supported as a customer. Sephora is known for being inclusive, friendly, and helpful, but this experience was the complete opposite. I did not feel respected or valued, and there was no reason for the attitude I received. Customer service should make people feel confident and comfortable, especially in a beauty store. I usually enjoy shopping at Sephora, which is why this stood out so much. I truly hope management addresses this behavior, because no customer should feel treated poorly or surrounded by bad energy when they’re just trying to shop.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. I came in with my friends to look at perfumes as a late Christmas gift for my father. We were not being loud, disruptive, or doing anything inappropriate, simply testing scents like many other customers do. Without any prior warning or polite request, a staff member came up to us with a very rude attitude and accused us of “wasting perfume,” aggressively asking whether we were actually going to smell it or just waste it. Her tone was extremely condescending and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good customer service should involve respectful communication, not assumptions and attitude. If there was a concern, it could have been addressed calmly and professionally instead of treating us like we were doing something wrong when we weren’t. Because of this interaction, I left the store feeling embarrassed and frustrated, and I will seriously reconsider shopping at this location again. Sephora is supposed to be a welcoming environment, and this experience was the complete opposite.

    Si il m’était possible de mettre 0 étoile pour ce magasin, je le ferais. Je ne suis pas du genre à faire ce genre de message habituellement, mais mon expérience à ce magasin a été plus que médiocre. Lundi dernier, moi et mon amie sommes allées magasiner au Royalmount. Je voulais aller chez Sephora pour restocker mes essentiels. Je n’avais pas besoin de conseils pour aucun des produits. Mon but était de racheter mes produits (facture d’environ 400$) de payer et partir. Je n’ai jamais été le genre de cliente à tenir les employés avec moi très longtemps, je comprends qu’ils ont d’autres tâches à faire (en tout cas les employés me l’ont fait comprendre cette journée là). Lorsque je suis rentrée, je me suis immédiatement dirigée vers la gondole de fenty. Voyant que le produit que je cherchais n’y était pas alors que l’application Sephora m’indiquait que ce magasin l’avait en stock, j’ai voulu demander à un employé de vérifier si le produit était disponible dans le tiroir (ayant travaillé moi même chez Sephora pour plusieurs années, je sais que leur overstock se trouve à cet endroit). C’est à ce moment que j’ai aperçu deux employés qui discutaient ensemble qui sont passées à côté de moi. L’une d’elles m’évitait complètement du regard. J’ai donc dit «excusez-moi j’aurais une question» celle qui m’évitait du regard ne m’a même pas laissé le temps de finir ma phrase puis m’a répondu sèchement « No not now» puis s’est éloignée. Je suis restée bouche-bée de cette brève interaction. Elle aurait pu me répondre en français : «quelques instants madame, nous serons à vous dans quelques instants ». J’ai vraiment senti que le service à la clientèle et la diplomatie n’était pas la priorité de ces deux employés. Je n’ai pas pu demander leur nom tellement elles se sont sauvées vite. Je ne me suis pas sentie la bienvenue. Pour la première fois dans ma vie, j’ai quitté le magasin sans même faire un achat tellement j’ai été refroidie. Le service à la clientèle chez Sephora n’est plus ce qu’il était. Je ne compte pas remettre les pieds à ce magasin de si tôt.
