I’ve visited this location multiple times because it’s convenient, but the customer service has been consistently terrible. I went last night to return a few items, and the cashier with short dark wavy hair and bangs immediately greeted me with a dirty look. She did not smile once and looked annoyed and miserable because she had to process my return. After getting frustrated with her system, she handed me off to her manager, who looked just as upset and miserable, questioned me and gave me a hard time for trying to return products I didn’t need and hadn’t even opened. They even tried to claim they could not refund me because my purchase was over 60 days old, despite my receipt and email confirmation clearly showing it was from a few days ago. The small manager with straight brown hair and blush, was dismissive and unprofessional. Giving me attitude despite my kindness and repeatedly calling me “girl.” I left this Sephora feeling horrible and unwelcome. I entered the store with a polite and friendly attitude and was treated like I had done something wrong simply for returning a few items. Customers deserve to be welcomed with kindness and respect. I rarely leave reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this location.

Je voulais acheter quelque chose et j'ai passé quelques minutes à regarder les articles. Malgré ma demande d'aide, ils m'ont tout simplement tourné le dos et sont partis. J'ai attendu à la caisse qu'ils aient fini de bavarder. Et ce n'est pas la première fois que ça arrive. C'est un magasin où le même manque de respect se répète sans cesse !
