Une Super belle personne, autant à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur ✨ Elle était vraiment adorable, naturelle et honnête dans ses conseils. Elle a pris le temps de bien comprendre mes besoins.On se sent tout de suite à l’aise avec elle, sans pression, juste une belle énergie et un vrai plaisir d’échanger. On est venu me proposer de l’aide 15 fois en 5 min. Les employés s’alternent pour faire leur commission. J’ai beau eu expliquer que je veux faire mes recherches en même temps que je test les parfums, rien à faire. C’était irritant.

I asked a worker “What products Should I use to remove my wrinkles?” She said She highly recommends retinol, and that it will do its work! So I bought retinol and I tried it, and I also tried it on my daughter, but It damaged my daughter skin!! But what I don’t understand is how come the retinol only my daughter’s skin, and not mine?! Because I don’t want my Six-year-old daughter to get wrinkles!!

She was a huge help to someone who has never used any beauty products and I was worried I wouldn’t understand much, but she was extremely patient and helpful when explaining the products to me. She gave no weird looks, and was so kind in making sure I understood everything and how to apply what I needed to correctly. She was truly what I needed for a first-time user at Sephora and left a memorable experience. I truly appreciate her kindness and hope she will receive something in regards to this wonderful experience!
