    Terrible customer satisfaction! When I originally went to Sephora to buy the Sephora brand makeup setting spray (black bottle) which I always get and love, I was convinced by one of the workers there who recommended to try the champagne coloured bottle (dewy finish). I expressed how I'm Not one to try different things when it comes To makeup because I do have sensitive skin. She insisted that if I had an issue that i could simply come back in store and exchange for the black one. At cash she helped me, I used 500 of my points for $10 discount and I paid $12. Normal price ($22). I didn't end up liking the dewy finish, it also caused redness and patches on my skin plus itching, maybe because of the vitamin c. I came back to the store and was now told by Raniah (store manager) that I have to pay the difference because I lose my points when doing an exchange! Please tell me how this makes sense. I've always loved Sephora's policy because they support real customer care and satisfaction but not only was I not told this detail when I purchased but I expressed how I was unsure about trying it and now to my surprise, I lose the points and have to pay! It's only $10 ok but still it's the principle! Very upset and I feel like this is something that should be explained properly at the time of purchase when using your points not just a written msg u accept on the machine . Sometimes we're in a rush, I feel like if I would have known I would have been more careful and not risked it! And lose my hard earned points. As a manager, I feel like Raniah could have accommodated my needs more as a regular customer at this Sephora location. Too bad because the old manager was a sweet Latina girl who always went above and beyond and kept customers happy and coming back. Raniah pls do better :)

    Not easy to find an employee who is available to help you.. The lineups at the cash waiting time is Long. There is not enough staff working, unfortunately. Plus, Sephora did not have the birthday gift that you usually receive at your birthday and I went to many different Sephora. No one is able to help. 😖 Never receive My Birthday gift. 🎁

    I had a depilation and a relaxing mask with Benefit Brown Bar, and it was an amazing experience! I highly recommend it. Sarah was very professional and made the whole experience even better.

    I would like to praise Marlene for the most beautiful makeup look total she made on me for my Christmas party 🥰😍! I had very precise requests and she respected all of them! And to top it all, she is very pleasant to be around 🥰. On short, a wonderful customer service experience ❤️: if I could offer 10 stars, I would! Thank you, Marlene ❤️🌹!
