J’ai récemment acheté plusieurs parfums et produits de maquillage en ligne. En les recevant, certains ne me convenaient pas — notamment des teintes inadéquates et quelques produits dont l’odeur ne me plaisait pas. Je me suis donc rendue en magasin pour effectuer un retour. Cependant, lors de ma visite, je me suis sentie visée et jugée par une employée. Lorsque j’ai mentionné qu’un produit avait une odeur que je n’aimais pas, une employée est intervenue en affirmant que le produit était « plus liquide que la normale », insinuant que j’y aurais ajouté quelque chose. Cette remarque m’a mise très mal à l’aise, surtout que j’avais simplement précisé avoir essayé les produits avant de décider de les retourner. Je suis une cliente fidèle de Sephora (Rouge)depuis plusieurs années, et rien que ce mois-ci, j’ai dépensé 2000 $ en produits sans compter les retours d’aujourd’hui. Cette expérience a malheureusement terni l’image que j’avais de votre enseigne, et je ne souhaite plus retourner à cette succursale en raison du manque de professionnalisme et de considération dont j’ai été témoin. Je tenais à vous faire part de cette situation afin que des mesures soient prises pour améliorer le service à la clientèle et le respect des clients.

I really needed some help finding some products for a wedding and no one came to offer me help, I wasn’t even greeted.
