  Super knowledgable employee.she was over 40 (Sylvia?) and knew exactly what I needed and spent over 20 minutes colour matching two different products from two different lines for my under eyes and suggested a cream. Best experience ever.

  I would not be leaving a review if the customer service wasn’t abysmal the last 5 times I have shopped there. Whether you’re shopping, buying, returning or exchanging a product, I have been met time and time again with a customer service that borderlines on passive aggressive and invasive. There is no reason for this. Ladies, (and gentlemen!) you’re selling makeup and skincare, it should be fun and light. I’ve worked customer service for years, I’ve even worked at Sephora; I always respond to the workers with kindness. Yet, more often than not, the staff at this location are mostly (not all) lacking in EQ and conflict resolution. CS training needs to be improved at the store level, the online reps are always kind.

  I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have always appreciated the service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I recently came in to exchange a foundation after realizing the shade wasn’t the right match for me. I was only one day past the 30-day window and wasn’t asking for a refund, just a simple exchange for the correct shade. Despite this, the manager, Manzah, refused to assist or offer any solution. There was no attempt to accommodate, show understanding, or even suggest an alternative. Given my long-standing loyalty and how minor the situation was, I expected a bit more flexibility and customer care. This interaction left me feeling undervalued as a customer and hesitant to continue supporting a business that doesn’t stand behind its service in situations like this.

  There were more stuff than customers, yet they managed to have only one girl at the cash. All others were laughing chatting with each other. The cash line was long and they were ignoring it for a very long period of time until a customer pointed out the elephant. For a simple pickup orders, they can’t find it and I had to follow them around the store from cabinet to cabinet. Amazing! I wonder what kind of business genius runs this store and that person needs some serious evaluation from above. The downtown store is way crowded and has way more customers, which can be unpleasant as a shopper but at least they run efficiently like a normal IQ situation.

  Très satisfait des nouveaux parfumes pour moi et ma femme dolce and gabbana et le kylie Jenner intense. Très satisfait du personnel nous avons été bien servit. Seul soucis c’est que l’ont est très à l’étroit dans la section parfume.
