My Christmas shopping experience was already ruined because of this, and unfortunately the same situation happened again around my birthday. Experiences like this make customers not want to return. Carina’s attitude came across as arrogant and dismissive, which is very surprising for someone in a customer-facing role. This level of service does not reflect well on the brand
- APArzu PourMar 6, 20261.0I had a very unpleasant experience at Sephora recently. I went in to make a return, and the cashier, Sara, was extremely rude and dismissive. It felt like she didn’t want to process my return at all, and only did so reluctantly, saying, “If you want, I’ll do it.” Her attitude and tone were completely unprofessional. It’s upsetting to be treated like this, especially at a store known for good customer service. I hope this experience is addressed, as it really left a bad impression.
