  I had such a lovely experience at Sephora in Charlottetown thanks to Puza. She did my makeup application and was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful without ever feeling pushy. She took the time to listen, made great suggestions, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. I left feeling confident in my purchases and makeup application. Thank you, Puza!

  i went to the store to get full glam look, my experience was very excellent, Puza did a really great job, she was so calm and friendly she suggested me so many products that i can use in my daily routine. she also helped me to learn so many new techniques to blend the concealer and foundation. Really happy with my experience at Sephora.

  I went into Sephora yesterday and it was extremely busy. The store was hard to move around in, and the staff was understandably overwhelmed with how hectic things were and how rude some shoppers were being. I ended up speaking with Zaneka, who helped me out even while she was being called in different directions. I mentioned that it was my first time in the store and I was starting to feel overstimulated, she took a moment to guide me and reassure me. I appreciated her for doing so.

  ( Carina) so rude lady . I brought a product and went to return it as it did not suit on my skin . She told me you used 10% of it . How we know the product result in packing and watching with eyes ofcourse we have to use it . So rude and worst experience.
