  I've been wanting the my dream palette for a while and was excited to see it was on sale. I went to the store to find they had one left. I went to check out and was told by the cashier it wasn't on sale. I asked to speak to a manager. When he finally showed up 10 minutes later he tells me their sales are different then the stand alone sephora's and they don't have to honor online deals. The manager was not very couteous. If this location in kohl's won't honor any of sephoras sale's or even gift cards I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

  I absolutely loved the girl who helped me, I feel bad for no catching her name, she had long red hair and was so sweet, she helped me pick out things for my sister since I wouldn’t know the first thing about make up and was so nice to talk to!

  No customer service, no one asked if I needed any help, or even greeted me as I walked in. It was quite busy due to the VIB sale but that's no excuse for poor customer service. It's one third of the size of an actual Sephora and at least 4 associates were there.

  the worst i have ever been. horrible customer service. there is never anything and the staff can never help you.
