My partner booked the Signature Cut, which clearly includes a shampoo, but that part of the service was completely skipped without any explanation. On top of that, the haircut itself felt rushed and careless—it was done in maybe 5 minutes. What makes it worse is the price. We were charged for the full service, yet didn’t receive what was advertised or paid for. Honestly, it felt like he should have been charged for a simple side trim, not a full haircut. The only reason I booked the haircut was because he has longer hair and I wanted the stylist to actually address and fix his breakage—not rush through it. I didn’t say anything in the moment because I thought maybe I misunderstood the service, but after double-checking in the car, I realized I was right. It’s really disappointing to feel like you’re being overcharged for something that wasn’t even properly done. Definitely not the level of service I expected and won’t be going back.

Up in my hair from the product I use she went and told her coworker I had lice and her coworker came over to look and she said it’s just build up. Everyone was looking at me in a disgusted was! Never going back I never had this problem anywhere else! Very rude staff!
