Went for my bday gift and for some reason they couldn't give it to me because it didn't show on their end but on my app it clearly stated my info and that it was my birthday, even confirmed with customer support. Same account, faulty system. Poor girl was working alone while manager was in interview absolutely slammed with customers. Waited in line to receive nothing. These places have you sign up for rewards you can't even redeem. Also while I was waiting in line, the only worker helped other customers. Then when she was done she checked them out before me when I was waiting longer. They proceeded to sign up for an account which took even longer.

So if you want something in particular just order it online or drive to the Sephora in Lancaster. Also, it's super annoying that I can't use my Sephora credit card at this store and you can't return anything you buy online at this store. Its a Sephora but somehow it's different just because it's inside a Khols. When I asked why I couldn't use my Sephora credit card here the girl at the counter gave me attitude and said "at least they let you use your points here". Okay??? Thanks a lot.
- KSKylei SnyderApr 18, 20241.0Followed us around the store and made it seem like we were suspicious, and looked as if they were on the phone while we were shopping about a shop lifter when we had intentions of spending money ( and obviously did not take anything ) i even walked around with my purse open to make it even more clear. This is a very uncomfortable situation when we just wanted to shop and have fun.
