She meant to dye it medium brown, but her hair turned an unnatural dark black and was uneven, blotchy, and a potential total ruin. They got us in right away and were able to fix the mess up with incredible precision! They know their stuff! We saw Savannah and her knowledge of color and the chemical science behind it all was so important to factor in for my daughter’s hair situation, especially with her curls and how we didn’t want to damage her hair in the fixing process. We called 3 other stylists and all of them were uncertain of the outcome and hadn’t ever tackled something like this. But Savannah not only fixed it, she made it look amazing! Thank you!!!
