  My boyfriend and I came in as a walk-in were fortunate to be met with Jeannine ! Jeannine gave me the best haircut I’ve probably ever had! She walked me through the entire cut, did long layers that have literally changed my hair! My boyfriend’s hair also looks amazing !!! You can tell Jeannine knows what’s she’s doing, and her knowledge is priceless! The salon also had a very nice atmosphere, everyone seems so sweet! Thanks for everything!!

  Staff are all friendly and usually will take the time to do what you want. I have gone to this location for years & overall have been happy with the results. That being said, there are problems too: ▪︎I make appt for (and pay for) wash/cut/style but they never offer to wash & act put out if I ask. ▪︎They never even offer to blow dry the cut hair off of you when done, even if it's all over your face. ▪︎There is always cut hair all over the floor & chairs, and not a little, chunks... ▪︎Not great at showing you by using any product to style your hair. I've been looking for a product that works for a couple of years to no avail. To sum it up, it's a good place to go if you want a quick cut, have an easy hairstyle & no problematic hair issues.

  Casey at the Yorktown center is a wizard with the sheers, a magician with scissors instead of a magic wand. I went looking for something new not being the most confident with tryjng new styles and I couldn’t have left happier. I 100% plan on returning for a duplicate cut in around 4 weeks! 😁

  Genuinely upset to the point I’m about to never let anyone cut my hair again. I went in on Thursday to get my hair trimmed and shaped up. The last time I got it cut was September and they had fixed a cut that was like this in the picture. I spent a year trying to grow it out and fix it and now my hair is completely lopsided and I can’t fix it because it was cut too short for me to grow out. My bangs and face frame are extremely unflattering. I knew it was messed up when I left and I didn’t want to leave because of it but I went home and washed it and tried to style it and I genuinely am so upset I want to cry. I want my money and hair back. Like this isn’t even fixable. I wish I hadn’t gone in to get it trimmed at this point. The nice picture was my original haircut with Ashley in September the uneven ones are from this past Thursday. I’m genuinely at a loss. I also apparently can’t save all of the photos so I’m getting even more frustrated. But my bangs on one side are longer than the other and one side is not blended the short side. My hair is my confidence and I have none now. I’m even more upset because the cutting felt careless. And I watched it become more uneven and unfixable in front of me. I want to literally shave my head.
