I booked the time specifically for a haircut and a few face-framing foils. When I arrived at 9:30am, I was told, “I tried calling… I need to bump you back to noon. I can’t get you done this morning because of a booking issue in the system, and this other customer has long hair—and so do you.” It became clear that she had taken another walk-in customer despite my scheduled appointment. I had chosen that time carefully because of other commitments, and being asked to wait over two hours was unacceptable. This was completely unprofessional and very poor customer service. Unfortunately, it’s the reason I will no longer be returning to the Hair Cuttery on Concord Road in York
