  I wish I remembered the stylist’s name, but I don’t. I hadn’t been to this location in years, but it was a convenient stop today. My 7 year old son’s hair looks so great! There’s a definite difference when someone takes their time and pays attention to detail. She did a fantastic job!

  I was a walk in client this particular day. I had Constandina Marros as my hair cutter that day. She was professional and understood what I asked for.

  What a nightmare. My normal stylist couldn’t accommodate my work schedule change before Christmas so I decided to book here to get my roots done. I bring my kids there all the time and they do a good job. I booked it with a younger girl because I figured she would understand what I was saying. All I wanted was my roots done. I like my hair a very bright blonde. She originally called me a few days before the appointment asked me to come in early since I wanted a full foil when I got there, she came out late and said that she could only do a partial. I explained to her that I like bright blonde and even picked out a gloss that was a bright light blonde. My hair is now practically brown. I’m in tears. I have to leave to go to work out of town for the next few days and then we’ll have no time before the holidays to get it fixed. I’m honestly infuriated that I had to pay for it. Update: I called shortly after and complained and she told me to come in so she could fix it. I drug my kids in at 5 PM on a night before I have to get ready to leave for Washington DC for a four day work trip. She insisted all she would have to do is wash the toner out and tone it again. She was showing me the glosses and I had made it very clear at the beginning of the first appointment that I do not like ashy blonde I wanted a golden not yellow bright blonde. She kept pointing to ashy blonde. I found one that was a like golden blonde and she put that on my hair now looks Still brown for the most part and slightly actually blonde. So now I will have to go and spend another couple hundred dollars when my regular stylist can get me in and fix it because she clearly doesn’t understand the assignment. I willl say for kids cuts the place does a good job. I knew better than to go to a place like that for highlights but thought since she was young I’d be okay. Lesson learned.
