I have wavy/curly hair and showed her a reference photo that resembles my hair texture as well as showing her where on my own body I wanted my hair to fall after it was cut. I left with layers that are not well blended and my hair 2-3 inches shorter than I asked for. I felt as though she randomly grabbed sections of my hair and cut it rather than taking her time-- it felt like she was in a rush to get me out of her chair, and more preoccupied with her phone than her client. The layers also are not even, with the layers on the right side being shorter than the layers on the left.

I left with dripping wet hair in 30°weather. I have been here too many times to count. And the past few times the staff are not knowledgeable. I gave her a good tip for her time but am completely unsatisfied with the outcome. Do not recommend.
