- RJR JNov 16, 20251.0Absolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I had an appointment booked for 5:30 PM on a Saturday, and when I arrived, there was no one at the reception. I waited, thinking someone would show up, but no one came. I finally walked inside and found the person who was supposed to cut my hair just standing at the very end of the salon. He looked at me and said, “You look confused.” Well yes — how was I supposed to know he was the stylist? No greeting, no communication, nothing. From the moment he started, I knew this was going to be bad. He seemed completely disinterested and didn’t understand what I was asking for. I asked for layers, and instead he used a blade on my hair. A blade!!! He was rough, didn’t check the shape, didn’t check how the cut was falling — just rushed through it. My hair was washed already , so I didn’t ask him to rewash it, he just cut the hair. after that so I asked for a quick blow dry since we had time as he didn’t had to wash my hair. He refused. There was plenty of time, but he still said no. So I left the place with wet hair!!! I had to go meet my friends!!! This was embarrassing! The whole experience felt careless, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful. This ruined my entire evening. I walked out smiling to keep it polite, and still gave him a tip. But honestly, all we ask for is a decent haircut — not blades, not confusion, and not zero customer service. I will never be returning here. Terrible experience from start to finish.

I got there and the lady had no clue what a blowout was, she pulls out a curler, uses nothing in my hair and just curls my hair. I will never go there again. waste of money. Curls didn’t even last an hour.i also showed her a picture reference and she said my hair would look just like it .. LOL I will never spend money here again.
