  I wasn’t even going to review but after realizing I was charged for something I Didn’t ask for or authorize that really pissed me off I already had a subpar experience . Let’s see I get there on time booked online got called back lady walked away came back with someone with her asking again what I wanted then several more times it’s over 30 mins by now . Then told that one doesn’t feel comfortable that the other one would do it . Then I again go into what I want money piece in front look very blonde ( full highlights) minimal brown ( I have grey on roots etc) I don’t think I was asking for a miracle but lately seems that way . So third lady goes we might not have time to do that I got there before 3 they closed at 7 and then she had an up do could I wait longer . Then comes back and goes nvm I will get your stuff long story short hours go by and I’m told I’m going to be so blonde mind you my ends are very blonde mostly just not roots except for the small part in the front it’s mainly brown even where I was blonde all over it’s like because they don’t want to die your hair first then bleach it which is probably the proper way they’d rather skip the step and do both at the same time where these stylists go nuts with the color it clearly didn’t save time and again I absolutely hate my hair to top it off it’s shorter then I asked and when I put it up it’s a reddish brown probably due to no tonor used and blonde . Sadly more blonde then the part people actually see when my hair is down . I also paid for some hair treatment I didn’t okay my fault for not checking the receipt when I was priced more then when I made the appointment. She was nice and I’m sure not thrilled she stuck with the job no one seemed to what I should have taken the hint to run after the First Lady and left !!! As a single mom to waste your time and money to be disappointed sucks j.s please actually listen to your client .

  Amanda was the coolest person ever!! I went in for a wash and blowout and asked for extra volume and she provided 110%. She was so fun to talk to and made me feel great. I paid $44 plus tip because I have longer hair but it was so worth it and I think the style will last all weekend. Definitely recommend asking for her

  Was very happy with my haircut today. Peyton was very professional and courteous as she was taking time and explaining each step of my hair cutting experience. Highly Recommend getting your haircut with her. She was awesome. Thank you again for making me look a lot better with the cut that you provided. Very happy.

  the vibe in there was amazing. kristen was the best person i have ever gone to! she was funny outgoing and she’s so good at hair. i got partial highlights. my hair is super thick and long. she did this hair scrub and it felt so good on my scalp. i really recommend her. There was also a woman across from me that did the best bob i’ve ever seen in my life. i wish i knew her name but overall such a great environment there!!

  I scheduled an appointment with Amanda over the weekend to cut my hair. For context, I’m a guy who had very long hair (past my chest) and a couple of serious knots, including a pretty rough mat. I went in fully prepared to cut it short, but Amanda assured me that wasn’t necessary and took the time to carefully work through it. For the 30–45 minutes I was in the chair, Amanda and her coworkers Jessica and Mariya kept me comfortable, relaxed, and laughing the entire time. At one point I told them it was easily the most enjoyable and entertaining haircut experience I’ve had there — and I meant it. Amanda did a fantastic job with the cut, and the whole team was professional, skilled, and genuinely kind. I don’t get my hair cut often, but I would absolutely recommend this place, especially to anyone with long hair who’s nervous about the process. Great people and great work. Thank you guys!!
