- KOKarin Ohayon5 days ago1.0ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! On my birthday I went to the mall with my best friend and my mom and of course we went to Sephora and I got my birthday gift. Anyways after I got my birthday gift mind you I’m literally maybe maximum 20 feet away from the store. I look inside my bag just for the satisfaction and I see that they gave me the wrong gift. So I was pretty mad at first I mean it’s my birthday. It’s not what I wanted anyways we walked straight back and we told the girl at the counter hey this isn’t what I like chose could you just switch it out for me? Said Absolutely not she had such a big attitude and genuinely made me cry on my birthday. Why should a person have to suffer like that on their birthday? She legit told me I cannot do anything about it so leave out of my face!!! If I tell you, my jaw dropped to the floor as I’m crying at the same time Then after she said that she said that if I wanted to, I could buy something over $50 just to get one sample and she said she would not give me any samples if I didn’t buy anything in the amount of $50 are higher so if I wanted to buy something in $10, she would not give me any samples! I’m sorry, but it was the worst experience of my life. It totally ruined my birthday and I was just disappointed.for the whole day because I mean, I know it sounds childish, but it was disrespectful and rude. She could’ve just switched it really quickly. I barely left the store. It was her mistake not mine. She should take responsibility. If I could give the store a zero out Of five I would give it a zero. then I tried to reach out to Sephora to get a new Birthday gift or some sort of samples I’ve been a member for years now years and they legit ignored my email. with all due respect since then, I have never walked into That Sephora store since my birthday. Absolutely disgusting attitude and somebody should take care of it ASAP because this attitude is not gonna continue getting customers! Anyways, Sephora, if you’re reading this, I’m still waiting for you guys to answer my email And I want a new birthday gift until this day. It’s closed in the box not used once because I genuinely will not use this. Overall, to showing this up for you, if you want a good experience, do not go to this location cause no one there is helpful and everyone has an attitude.

She did called someone to come and help one of us but when another member of our group asked how we could get an assistance, she gave us so weird looks without saying another word. Very strange behavior. I am not willing to go back in. You should really improve your customer service.
