- MLMatty LundgrenJan 23, 20263.0Very unpredictable, there are times when I check in online and when I arrive and sit down I immediately get the gut feeling, 'this isn't going to end well' 😑 Customer Service always pretty good but they get SUPER busy and then the wait gets LONG, also understandable, but when you rush the cut then rush to the register, you don't tend to inspect as close. To me it's hair, it'll grow back, but it's just mad disappointing when it's a bad cut. I've had several, one literally read the slip of what I normally get, and then said do you want a 'High and Tight' I said 'I have no idea, but sure if it's the same' BIGGEST MISTAKE. It was not and took about 3 months to grow back in evenly, but it's been fine since.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
