  Mel at Sephora is awesome! I had come into Kohls just to make a return and decided to pop into Sephora to look at a product, one of which I liked but wasn't sure if I wanted to buy again. Mel listened to all my skin concerns and knew exactly what I was looking for. In my 20 years of shopping at beauty stores I had never had an associate stop what they were doing to show me a few different options while making friendly small talk in between. When I couldn't decide on one, Mel offered to make me up two samples to take home and try. This was a first for me! Mel was knowledgeable, patient and personable which made my experience that much more enjoyable.

  Yolann was terrific! We were looking for sunscreen by The Ordinary and Yolann went back for about 7 minutes to search and find it. She could have easily said not in stock, but she didn’t! Saved us multiple trips trying to hunt for this. She also helped us with HudaBeauty’s Easy Bake Setting Spray and Phlur’s Rose Whip Perfume - both great products. When customer service is either terrible or terrific, we are glad we came across Yolann today!

  Nice with lots of choices for cosmetics however you cannot use Kohl's coupons or Kohl's cash.
