It genuinely felt like the stylist had never worked with Afro hair before. There was no confidence, no technique, and absolutely no understanding of texture or shape. The cut was completely uneven — patches longer in some areas, crooked lines, and no proper blend. There was no lineup, no attention to detail, and zero finishing touches. On top of that, there was no face towel treatment, no aftershave, nothing that even remotely resembled professional barber service standards. The worst part? I had to fix my own hair as soon as I got home. That’s how bad it was. Even my four-year-old wouldn’t give me such an atrocious haircut. If you value your hair, especially if you have Afro-textured hair, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
