- NWNathanael WiltDec 30, 20251.0I wasn’t going to leave a review but I feel like everyone else needs to be warned I brought my children in today for haircuts, and unfortunately it was the worst experience I’ve had at a salon. I’m honestly still baffled by how the appointment went. The stylist was very kind, but it quickly became apparent that he was struggling to understand and carry out our requests, which made communication extremely difficult. And not the haircut we wanted As my daughter’s haircut progressed, it became clear it was not going well, and we ultimately decided not to proceed with a haircut for our second child. I was disappointed to still be charged $20 after such a poor experience, which turned what should have been a simple appointment into a frustrating hassle.. we didn’t even stay for her hair to be finished blow drying…

I asked for a trim and to fix my layers they cut at least 7 inches of my hair when she said she only cut 2 she didn’t cut it evenly and my hair is so choppy and it’s obvious I had to go home and fix it myself but if I want to even it out fully I would have to get a pixie cut.

I have straight hair and layers by other people never looked right until I came to Blanca. She is amazing! My sisters who have curly hair also love her but from my own experiences, I love how Blanca does my hair! And she always cuts only the amount I ask for!

The price of $160 for what I got done was too expensive and it was not even close to the color highlights I wanted!!! My highlights came out orange and I wanted blonde highlights my cut was not what I wanted either I'm just upset! They should of gave me a discount since my hair did not came out the color or the style I wanted. I really needed to get my hair done for an event this weekend....I am just Not happy at all :(
