- BSBarry Schneider1 day ago1.0I have been going to the White Oak Great Clips for approximately 10 years...for 9 of those years, Pam was my stylist of choice. She is a wonderful and popular stylist, who I believe has been at the WO location for about 11 years. I just found out yesterday that Pam has been relocated to a rather distant location...NOT her choice. I'm shocked, while certainly not privy to the details of this managerial decision, I have to say it's NOT a good one from my perspective! I likely will be going elsewhere now that my stylist of choice has been relocated to what is a VERY inconvenient location for me. I believe there is quite the group of Pam's loyal customers that feel the same about this terrible decision...or will once they hear of it :(

- RCRebecca CortezMar 6, 20261.0Where to start, place was very clean and plenty of staff there so great for Fridays. I was a walk in and my two boys got attended pretty fast. I was new there and told the lady who was about to cut my sons hair that I been just cutting there hair at home all this time. I got my son the book to pick a hair cut he wanted. The lady asked if that short for the sides referring to the picture and i agreed and walked away to be with my other kids. How I got my son back was terrible for the fact how she left him. She left all the hairs all around his face and neck. Didn't even seem that she cared to clean those hairs. The other lady who did my other son’s hair did a great job. She took her time VS the other one and left my son in great care very clean cut and cleaned off. I asked her if she can clean up my other son who the other lady left hairy. After getting home and my son taking a shower I saw the terrible job of how she left his hair cut. It made me look like a professional who has been cutting there hair at home since Covid. Very sloppy work for someone in there years who I imagine has been a hair cutting lady for time to just leave a client. First of all, Very terrible cut, front is uneven, sideburns are terrible and don’t match and some long hairs still, and back doesn’t match from one side to the other. Second, my son was not treated with care meaning that was neglect in hair cutting expertise that should of been seen and fixed right away apart from being left hairy all over face and around neck, no clean up was done by just the way he was compared to other gentlemen and my other son who got haircuts there and were cleaned off. Third, the request my son made of what kind of hair cut he wanted to match the picture was not met. My son is handsome and has pointy ears that’s how GOD made him and I love him but I’m aware it makes him a target to get bullied. A hair cut for a guy is everything and the way my son was left was a disgrace and embarrassment for great clips. I do not know the lady personally so I’m not saying anything bad about her but as far as the experience my son had and his hair cut was terrible. Makes me think was she tired, ready to go home, or my son being Hispanic i Don’t know .. but that was neglect for a person a client to be left in such a terrible way. GOD bless you and the ladies at great clips and I hope you have better days Mam.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
