  I came in with hair down to the base of my spine and left with hair that doesn’t even go half way down the torso. I specifically asked for only about an inch off. I understand that there was breakage but I’m dealing with a lot of health issues and having nice long hair was all I had to feel beautiful about right now. I’m just so devastated by this whole situation. As a side note I would recommend a policy about stylists having short nails or at least ones with rounded tips because I was repeatedly scratched during my service and after leaving i had scratch marks on the back of my neck.

  I absolutely love this salon. This is hands down the best nail experience I've ever had in my 30 years of life! I got my eyebrows and hairline waxed by Morghan, and the way she took her time to ensure my brows were even and my hairline was perfectly shaped was a pleasant surprise. Usually, when I get this service elsewhere, they rush you through to get to the next person immediately. I felt pampered and taken care of, which truly helped me relax and enjoy my spa day. Morghan also did my nails, and her service was impeccable. She took a picture of the desired design and referenced it frequently throughout the appointment—I’ve never had a nail experience like this one before. In the past, I’ve gone to other salons and received shoddy service and didn't like the results, but that was not the case here at all. Morghan again surprised me with her patience, attention to detail, and creativity. She meticulously cared for my cuticles and, when I asked for a correction on the application of two nails, she cheerfully took them off and redid them. That level of accommodation and kindness is a rare find indeed! Her technical service was exemplary, as was her customer service and kindness. I can happily say that the entire establishment has been well received by me, and I will be a repeat customer for years to come! 💅

  The best manicure I've ever had, I was with Lexy she was great and my nails looked awesome. She was very attentive and listened to me when she asked what what I wanted to do. Very fun staff and I had a good time. 10/10 will be back.
