My only suggestion is that when you wash someone’s hair before a cut, please consider offering the option for clients to dry their own hair if they don’t choose blow-dry or styling. Some people may need to head straight to college, work, or an event, and it’s difficult to leave with wet hair. Blow-dry and styling can remain as add-on services for those who want them, but at least a basic dry should be included. For the price ($35), I feel it would make the haircut experience more worthwhile.
