She cut off way more hair than I had consented to. Her initial dry cut was about four inches of hair which I was fine with, then she cut off at least two more wet. She knew I was nervous about getting so much hair chopped as I have expressed concerns in the past with stylists cutting off more hair than I liked in the past, then she proceeded to do it anyway. When I say it was more hair than I wanted off, I mean it. She kept saying I had to come back for trims in the future, and that I needed it off. Like okay, but I didn’t tell you to cut off that much? She asked what kind of part I did with my hair, I said middle, then she gave me a side part. She also just didn’t follow the photo I provided color wise for my hair? She also kept making comments about how I have to stop coloring my own hair? My hair is way lighter on the top than the bottom now. It doesn’t look bad, but it’s certainly not what I asked for and I’m incredibly unhappy with the length it’s very awkward. However she was friendly, the staff is great. I think there was just some communication issues.

She asked me many questions to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted and made sure throughout the process I was happy with it. Will be going back I recommend Emma to everyone!
