One stylist for multiple people. Why take my cell phone and email if you can’t even send a courtesy “sorry I purposefully showed up late, please reschedule”. Then again not like the owner probably ever sets foot in the building, or bothers to read these.

When it's time for another root touch-up in a few months , the only place I'll go to is where I went today and the only stylist I want is the stylist I had - Betsy !! It's so nice not to see anymore grays, at least not for awhile !!
