One was sitting down entire time, couldn’t be bothered even while staring at me waiting for help at the counter. Would rather shop ulta & Sephora where people are nicer and willing to help you.
- ASAlicia SFeb 10, 20263.0I'm not usually that person to leave bad reviews, so I still gave 3 stars despite my most recent experience. I've been to this location a few times. This time, I was not greeted. There was a girl with long hair behind the counter on her phone the entire time. I don't care if people are on their phones, but she didn't even ask me if I needed any assistance. She was too busy recording herself and gossiping. A middle-aged woman with glasses finally came out of the back and came right up to me asking if I needed any help. I can't remember, but I think her name was Jane or something with a J. Usually, I'd interact with the manager with black hair. But I unfortunately didn't see her. I feel like this store is going downhill. It's extremely dirty and just doesn't have the same cozy vibe it did, like all the past times I've stopped by. The pretty girl behind the counter that was all dressed up needs better training. You can look the part, but that doesn't mean you are. I don't want to hear you talking about work business to other staff. It's unprofessional. I'll probably not return. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Not only did she help me get all the perfect Christmas presents for my nieces at a great price, she wrapped them with care AND she helped me get a little something for myself. My partner and I go to Tannersville every year and have a handful of shops we visit and we're adding this one to the list!

She was non-attentive and almost annoyed that we were in the store. I asked her to help me pick out a bronzer and she told me that I was way too pale and there was nothing for me in the store! Really?!
