  I had Therese to do my hair two times first time I had a hair cut second time I had highlights Therese was wonderful hair stylist very competent and comprehensive I will go again to do my hair there

  I had Karyn as my stylist on 8-21-23. I went for a good cut and perm. I said I used white and gray rods, changed the white for pink. After the cut, I thought to myself that I may want top shorter, but upon seeing the difference between the pink (much smaller) and white, I thought just maybe it will work out. Well, this has been one of my top 3 perms during my life!!!! I will go back for color and I may just ask for her to shorten a tad. We'll see. Kudos to the Stroud Mall JC Penney's Salon! It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish!!!!

  JC Penney salon was very professional . I had a great cut ,color and style. I received a hot towel and great customer service . They are all very skilled

  These people are very unprofessional. They talk about things that are inappropriate and talk about their clients when they leave the salon if front of other clients. Be warned!!!!!
